The ALBAHAUS name, website design, photography and texts are the property of Guangzhou Zhanlian Technology Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

3. Quotes & Orders

FOB prices shown or quoted are indicative until confirmed in writing. Orders are governed by the signed sales contract and Proforma Invoice, including the payment terms, lead time and quality standards agreed therein.

4. Limitation of Liability

albahaus.com is provided "as is". ALBAHAUS is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to friendly negotiation first, and thereafter to the competent courts of Guangzhou, China.
